The BSH integrated services
We make work easier for our customers
In addition to the actual production of our cold formed parts, turned components and screw plugs, we also offer our customers a number of additional services relating to the processing and upgrading of components. These services increase the quality, handling, durability and usability of our products, even in the most adverse environments. We call these services BSH integrated services. These include the following services:
- The mounting of elastomeric or metal sealing rings on to our screw plugs BSH sealing-E® and BSH sealing-M®
- Pre-coating threads with sealants BSH sealing T
- Cleaning and monitoring of technical component cleanliness in the BSH clean® laboratory
- Re-rolling and recalibrating the threads BSH flat®
- Corrosion protection of our components BSH coating
- Hardening for optimum strength depending on the purpose of our components BSH solid
- Permanent magnets BSH magnetic for the elimination of ferritic particles and for improved component cleanliness
