which is an educational partner for our dual system students. Two years of operational training at Bilstein & Siekermann® as a punching and forming mechanic is followed by a six-semester mechanical engineering degree specialising in production technology on the campus of the FH Trier.
This is an association of leading companies and scientific institutes in the cold forging industry. Its aim is to promote the technology of cold forging and to develop it through community research. The GCFG is a joint organisation of the Industrial Association of Forging and the German Screw Association. The universities of Erlangen, Stuttgart and Freiberg (Saxony) are researching and developing interesting topics in the field of forming technology.
Bilstein & Siekermann® cooperates with the screw manufacturer from Logatec in Slovenia in the manufacture of small parts.
