We apply an anti-corrosion coating to our components

We use various methods to protect the surfaces of our products against external influences such as corrosion. Depending on the material and purpose, there are various options to choose from:

• Galvanic surface coating (galvanising, zinc nickel, zinc iron)
• Passivation
• Sealing
• Lubrication to reduce friction
• Zinc-flake coating (dipping, centrifuging and baking)
• Phosphate coating (temporary corrosion protection for use in oily environments)
• Coppering (for high temperature applications or electrical contact)
• Chemical nickel plating
• Anodising of aluminium
• Preservation by oil
