We recalibrate screw threads for more precise screwing-in processes

The quality of threaded components is shown in the details. We recalibrate threads after surface treatment in an elaborate process to meet the highest requirements when assembling our products. This rolling and smoothing of the thread eliminates indentations that may have been caused in previous production processes. The advantage here is a low scattering of torques when screwed in and it also prevents impact points from causing chips when screwed into light metal casings. This reworking process contributes to the quality of our products as is reflected in the assembly process.
