The Bilstein & Siekermann^® sites: Hillesheim and Taicang

Our main plant in the Eifel region opened up a subsidiary in China in 2016

Bilstein & Siekermann’s^® roots lie in the Volcanic Eifel region of Germany. Our main plant with its development and production divisions is located in Hillesheim (Rhineland-Palatinate). More than 120 employees manufacture precision formed metal parts – a total of approximately 2000 different products, including screw plugs and sleeves, screws and bolts. The forming process is complemented by a turning process, which also gives us the option of producing prototypes and small series.

Our location in China is responsible for our international business: Here in Taicang near Shanghai, the subsidiary Bilstein & Siekermann Cold Forming Co., Ltd. opened in 2016, to specifically serve the customers and needs of the Chinese market. The Chinese subsidiary is located in a modern industrial park. The centrepiece of the production facility there comprises two modern 90-tonne 6-stage cold-forming presses with a pressing force of 300 and 420 tons along with several other CNC-controlled post-processing machines.
