We assemble perfectly fitting connections

To ensure that our screw plugs seal reliably, we can also supply our customers pre-assembled elastomeric seals to their desired specifications. The elastomeric seal is a very soft material that demonstrates a high sealing effect without high pre-tensioning forces.

Provided that the counterpart on the screw is designed accordingly, the result is a high-quality and precise connection comprising the screw plugs and a precisely matched and suitable elastomeric seal. We prefer to use NBR, FPM, HNBR and EPDM elastomers depending on the required media stability and the application purpose.

• It is also possible for the end customer to carry out an automated assembly process
• We supply screw plugs with elastomeric seals that comply for example, with the specifications of the ISO 6149 standard. In addition, we also manufacture according to customer specifications.
• Elastomeric sealing rings are used in compliance with current standards, DIN EN ISO 9974-2. Parts that comply with older specifications are also taken into account, e.g. elastomeric sealing rings according to DIN 3869, DIN 3852-11.
