Manufacturing
We are proficient in the cold forming manufacture of cold formed parts BSH cold forming^®.

Development
BSH engineering is our development department that evaluates the most efficient manufacturing processes for different applications and their specific requirements. Our development engineers prepare manufacturing analyses, perform interface calculations and offer expert advice to customers based on our in-house InTech⁺ knowledge base.

Supplementary Services 
In addition to the actual production, we also put into effect a number of additional processes that ensure our customers improved quality and performance – our BSH integrated services. These supplementary services improve the performance of our components. Specifically, these are: Pre-assembly of metallic seals, elastomeric sealing rings and magnets, heat treatments such as coatings, application hardness and nitriding as well as surface treatments such as thorough cleaning and corrosion coatings or thread pre-coatings.
