Company tour at Bilstein & Siekermann GmbH + Co. KG

At 9.30 am, 19 students and their teacher, Ms Jungblut-Monz, arrived in Hillesheim. After a brief introduction, this informative day started with a presentation on Bilstein & Siekermann^® to inform the students about the company and its products.

After the 30-minute presentation and a question and answer session, the students were guided through the warehouse by Ansgar Gross. After this, the students toured the production department. The individual machines were demonstrated and explained to the trainees. The focus of the production visit was on inventory-specific aspects, such as storage capacity and our different types of storage slots. Any questions about each machine, the inventory or the products were gladly answered.

When the tour was over, they returned to the despatch training room where they were given refreshments and the opportunity to read or take home brochures about the company.

The visit to the company ended with lunch in the canteen. Then another group photo was taken.

We were delighted to welcome the warehouse logistics class from the BBS Wirtschaft in Trier to our company, and we wish all the students a good start to their apprenticeships and all the best in their chosen professions.
